General Shipping and Insurance Policies:  

From time to time, our delivery carriers do experience problems with delivering a package. For the best results, we suggest the following:

SHIP TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS INSTEAD OF A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS
    1.    Business locations are generally delivered earlier in the day.
    2.    Business locations are generally more secure than a residential location.
    3.    Business locations generally have a person who signs for the package, thus leaving
           a paper trail.
    4.    Business locations accept packages so your shipment is inside a building and you don't
           have to worry about weather elements such as rain, heat, etc..
    5.    Make sure you include the company name and "in care of" (c/o) your name so the business
           knows to accept the package.

FOR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES

    1.    Make sure you include your complete address.
    2.    Please start looking for your package around the estimated delivery date.
    3.    If you know your address is hard to locate, please ship to a business, friend,
           or relative's address that is easier to locate.
    4.    Rural locations sometimes take longer to deliver.
    5.    If shipping to an address other than your own, please include "in care of"
           (c/o) the homeowners name on the package.
    6.    Make sure you have a mail receptacle

FOR APARTMENTS OR GATED COMMUNITIES
    1.    Make sure you include your complete address.
    2.    Most carriers deliver to the Leasing Office instead of your doorstep.
    3.    Always check with your Leasing Office around the estimated delivery date
          (Please refer to your order confirmation for this date).
    4.    If you name is not on the lease, please include "in care of" (c/o) the
           lease holders name on the package.
    5.    If you do not have a Leasing Office on site and you live in a secure building
           where you must have a key or code to enter, DO NOT have your order shipped
           to this location.

** Please note: We cannot be responsible for missing or lost packages when the above guidelines are not followed.  Additional shipping charges will be incurred for orders that are returned to us due to invalid information.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive if you are ordering personalized children's clothing.  Most other orders require 10 days turn-around with shipping.  Some custom orders are shipped out within approximately 5-10 business days after payment and all of the necessary personalization information is received.  Email us if you are concerned about the timing of your order prior to placing your order.

Orders are shipped out via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, and FED-REX, which typically takes 2-5 days;  some orders require a signature confirmation.  If you know you will not be home at the time of a delivery, please leave an address for delivery, where there will be an adult present to sign or contact us ahead of placing the order, so we arrange to have the item shipped with no signature.  Larger orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail, typically 2-3 days and UPS Ground, 3-5 days.  For additional information, contact us via orders@lunabelleboutique.com or via LIVE CHAT.

Need your order rushed? Please contact us, prior to purchasing an item, to be sure we can meet your timeline.  If we confirm that we can complete your item by the allot time, please select the correct Express shipping option at checkout.

**Please note:  Once a package is turned over to the shipping agency, we do not assume responsiblity
for packages not delivered within the stated time frame for delivery.  We do our best to accommodate your needs, but cannot be liable if the shipping agency does not fulfill their delivery on time.

When an item is shipped from Luna Belle Boutique or one of our partners, a Delivery Confirmation Number is given to you.  This is for your records, as well as ours; it helps us to track the status of your purchase after it has left our offices.  As the customer, we ask that you always submit a valid shipping address.  We are not responsible for old addresses and we always ship to the desired "Ship To" address that you have provided at checkout.  Luna Belle Boutique and our partners, are not responsible for shipping and/or transit times, as these are circumstances that are out of our control.  We will do our best on our end, to ensure that you receive your item, but there are circumstances beyond our means. Luna Belle Boutique and our partners are not responsible for lost,stolen or damaged packages and/or products.  We strongly suggest that our United States residents  purchase Shipping InsuranceThis small fee can be a life saver in the event of a lost, stolen or damaged product.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our #1 goal.  We take great pride in our work and know you will love your products.  We guarantee that they will be free of any flaws or defects.

 

Because many of our items are Handmade or Customized, we do not accept returns.  If the error is on our part, we will make an exception. For example, you place an order for a Sterling Silver Bracelet and you receive a Gold Bracelet, we will correct the error right away.  Luna Belle Boutique provides Size Charts, Colors Charts, and Detailed Product Descriptions, to ensure that you have all the tools you need to purchase your desired item, however, the ultimate responsiblity is yours. 

*Please note that Luna B. Tees are NOT PRE-SHRUNK, so if you are unsure of a size, it is best to order up a size.  Shirts will shrink approximately 1/2 to 1 size when washed.

If you ever have a question regarding an item, please call us at email us at orders@lunabelleboutique.com.   However, if your item was not made correctly to your specifications, or if you find a flaw in your item, please contact us via email, within 24 hrs. of receipt of purchase, and we will gladly replace it.

What methods of payment do you accept?  
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Paypal's secure website. You do not need a Paypal account to make your purchase via a credit card.  If you have a Paypal account, you can make your payment directly through Paypal if you prefer.

 

We also accept phone orders, if you prefer placing your order via telephone; 478-714-6596. You can place your order M-F 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Do you charge sales tax? Due to state law, sales tax will be automatically added to your order if you are a Georgia resident.
